Audit & the number
Niche, area, competitors. The guarantee target — and what exactly counts toward it — goes into the contract before any design starts.
Engineering bureau · restaurants · hotels · clinics · Europe
we'd rather be judged by a number than by a mood board
Vavilon is a small engineering bureau. We build landing pages, run Google and Meta ads, and ship guest & patient apps for restaurants, hotels and private clinics across Europe. Fixed price, written guarantee, live in 14 days. That's the whole pitch.

Ready-made projects
A ready-made project is the whole machine, pre-built for one trade: page, ads, tracking, guarantee. Prices are public and sit right on the project pages — none of that "request a quote" theatre.
A landing page and local ads with one purpose: tables booked on weekdays, not just Saturdays.

Custom work
The four above are the packaged version. Behind them is a normal engineering team, and it does the unpackaged work too — ERP systems, APIs, servers, networks, iOS apps. Same rules: written scope, fixed price, no hourly billing.
The part your customer actually looks at, front to back.
The part that has to hold when the traffic finally shows up.
Where your guests already are: the App Store and Telegram.
Servers that get rebuilt from a file, not from memory.
Routing, tunnels and the leaks nobody checks for.
Small boards doing one job for years without a reboot.
Your task isn't on the list? It probably still is — write in one paragraph what should happen, and you get a yes, a no, or a number.
Describe the taskThe process
Niche, area, competitors. The guarantee target — and what exactly counts toward it — goes into the contract before any design starts.
Page, copy by native speakers, consent-clean tracking. You approve each step within 48 hours; that's your only homework.
Ads go live from accounts you own. The first alert usually lands on your phone the same week.
Weekly adjustments to keywords, creatives and the page itself. Then you choose: keep us on care, or take the keys.
House rules
If we can't scope it, we don't sell it. The number in the contract is the number on the invoice — hourly billing rewards slowness, and we refuse to be paid for being slow.
Domain, page, ad accounts, data. Fire us whenever you like — nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage. Clients who stay because leaving hurts aren't clients, they're prisoners.
"More visibility" is not a promise. "14 days, fixed scope, half the fee after you approve" is. We do not promise a number of bookings, because that depends on your budget and your season too — and promising someone else’s half of the work is how agencies end up arguing with clients.
We built the restaurant system dozens of times before touching clinics, and the clinic system before touching apps. Repetition is the entire reason 14 days is possible. There is no other secret.
