They search. Someone else answers.
“Dentist near me” gets typed thousands of times a month in every city — usually in pain, often at night. The first practice with a page that takes bookings wins that patient. At the moment, that is rarely you.
For private clinics & practices · dental · aesthetic · specialist
One landing page built to book appointments. Google and Meta ads that stay inside medical advertising law. GDPR handled properly, not with a banner and a prayer. €1,990 fixed, everything in — built in 14 days, and you pay half at kickoff, half after you approve the finished system.
The problem
The chair costs money whether anyone sits in it or not. Rent runs, staff are paid, the machine loses value in the dark. And somewhere within three kilometres, a person with a toothache is scrolling results that don’t include you.
“Dentist near me” gets typed thousands of times a month in every city — usually in pain, often at night. The first practice with a page that takes bookings wins that patient. At the moment, that is rarely you.
Opening hours, a phone number, a team photo. The person searching at 21:40 can’t call — so they close the tab and book where a form was waiting. No request flow, no tracking, no idea what your marketing brings back.
Google Ads, Meta, consent banners, HWG wording — each with its own rulebook that changes twice a year. Every evening you sink into it is billed treatment you didn’t do.
The math
Drag the sliders — your numbers, not our slides. And the sliders undercount: they only see the first visit. A patient who stays comes back for years.
Three extra patients a week. Run it on your prices.

The whole system is €1,990, paid once. At these numbers it’s earned back within a week.
The sliders are a toy. The 60-day guarantee below is a contract.
The offer
One price, fixed. €1,990 in the contract, €1,990 on the invoice. Nothing “depends on scope” afterwards.
One job. The page exists to turn a search into an appointment request. It isn’t a second website and doesn’t try to be.
GDPR at the foundation. Consent-mode tracking, encrypted forms, EU hosting. Patient data never touches an ad platform.
Yours from day one. Domain, page, ad accounts, every byte of data. Fire us in month two if you like — everything keeps running.
VAVILON
one-time · all-inclusive — or €1,290 upfront + €299/mo (hosting, support, ads monitoring)
NOT ON THIS ESTIMATE: your ad budget. It goes straight to Google & Meta from accounts you own — we recommend €400–800/mo to start.
the page, the accounts, the data — all stays yours
Three ways to start
Every plan ships the complete system from the estimate above. What changes is the payment shape — and whether your clinic gets its own app on patients’ phones.
Plan 01 · One-time
€1,990
once · all-inclusive · no monthly fees
Plan 02 · Split
€1,290
upfront + €299/mo · cancel anytime, keep everything
Plan 03 · Premium
€5,990
once — or €3,490 upfront + €349/mo (12-mo min)
All plans: scope agreed in writing, payment in two parts, no lock-in — everything is yours from day one. Your ad budget (€400–800/mo is a sane start) goes from your card straight to Google and Meta; it never passes through us. The app subscription covers hosting, maintenance and store updates, and rolls month-to-month after month 12.
No small print
Nobody pays €1,990 to “raise awareness”. Here is the sentence that goes into your contract, word for word, before any money moves.
What we do not promise: a number of patient enquiries. That depends on your ad budget, your prices and your area as much as on us, and promising someone else’s half of the work is how agencies end up arguing with clients. We promise the deadline, the scope and a system you can check on handover day.
You pay half at kickoff. The second half is due only after you have seen the finished system and confirmed it works. If you do not approve it, you do not pay the rest, and the page stays yours.
The fair-play part: ad budget from €600/mo · you approve each step within 48h · specialty, area and offer as fixed at kickoff. What counts as a “qualified inquiry” — a genuine appointment request from your target area, via the page or the ads — is written down before we start. No grey zone to argue about later.
Medicine is different
Consent-mode tracking, encrypted forms, EU servers, a data processing agreement if your lawyer wants one. Health data stays out of ad accounts. Full stop.
Medical advertising is policed — the HWG in Germany, national codes elsewhere. Every headline is checked against your market’s rules before it spends a cent.
Credentials in view, real reviews, prices without asterisks, one obvious next step. That’s the material trust is made of — and trust is what turns a 9 pm search into a Tuesday appointment.
How it works
Specialty, area, competitors. We fix the offer, the guarantee terms and — in writing — what counts as a qualified inquiry.
Design, native-language copy vetted against ad rules, the request flow, consent-clean tracking. You sign off each step within 48 hours.
Campaigns go live from accounts registered to you. Alerts hit your phone and the front desk the moment a request lands.
Weekly passes over keywords, creatives and the page itself — until the guaranteed number is on the board, and then past it.
A note from the founder
Reasonable suspicion. Agencies quote €4,000–7,000 for this scope, so our price reads like a catch. It isn’t. It’s the boring economics of repetition.
We build one system, for one kind of client. No webshops, no rebrandings, no “digital strategy” decks. After a few dozen of the same appointment machine, discovery, experiments and dead ends fall out of the bill — yours and ours. You pay for execution, and execution is fast.
The payment split does the quality control. We only see the second half of the fee once you have looked at the finished system and approved it — which cures any temptation to take a clinic we can’t serve properly, or to ship the job half-done.
